Sales Terms and Conditions.

We strive to fulfill orders in a timely manner, however, should supply chains become disrupted and raw materials made scarce as a result, we will do our best to communicate with you changes to the estimated lead time you would have received while ordering our products. We pride ourselves in offering the best products to our customers as well as making sure they receive the best possible customer service. Clear and open communication together with our commitment to be fair while resolving potential issues is what drives our business.

OUR PROCESS

• Deposit: When placing an order online, using “DEPOSIT” as a coupon code during the checkout process will automatically apply a 50% discount (THE DEPOSIT) on the bumper(s) and rock sliders base price. Any and all the add-ons and accessories you chose to order at the same time will be charged immediately. 

• Ordering: Once your order is placed and our merchant processor has successfully charged your credit card for your order, you will receive an email receipt at the email address you provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that ALL the information you provide during the checkout process is accurate because we will be contacting you. Within 48 hours of the order, we will call to inform you of the fabrication lead time as well as confirm whether you will be picking up the order or if we will be shipping it to you. PLEASE NOTE: if you are picking up the bumper we will need to charge you Missouri state tax as per the state tax laws.

• Shipping: We have standard shipping rates for our products to the lower 48 US states. This is to ship the product to a freight carrier terminal near you. If you live in a rural area with no freight carrier terminals near by this may include an upcharge on freight. We can also accommodate you by sending your items directly to a powder coater or shop. If that cost is more than our standard shipping rate then we will apply the difference to your final invoice

• Powder Coating: As an add-on to the bumpers and rock sliders you can have them powder coated prior to shipping, however please know that we are using the services of a third party shop to do this. Because of the inherent possible shipping damages that can occur to a finished product, we strongly encourage you to have us ship your raw bumpers and sliders to a powder coating facility closer to you. This also will keep shipping cost lower. We will be in contact before we start your build to be sure your vision for the product has not changed.

• Communication: Before fabrication begins we will contact you in order to make sure that your initial customization requests, if you had any, has not changed.
  
  
• Test Fit: Once fabricated, we mount your bumper on our local rig and send you a few pictures so that you are satisfied with the products. 
  
  
• Final Invoice: Once your products are fabricated and ready to ship we will contact you one last time to discuss final shipping arrangements and give you a final quote. We then produce a final invoice including the 50% remaining for the main items as well as the shipping and handling. You will receive a link to our website to complete the transaction. Once you have paid the last invoice, we will ship the bumper within 2 business days and send you the tracking number and shipping details.
  
  
  
• Refund Policy:  All sales are final, your initial purchase deposit may be refunded within 14 days of the order deducting any service fees. We secure a purchase commitment from our customers by requiring a deposit. This commitment ensures that we can procure the  materials needed to fabricate each product and deliver it within some of the shortest lead times in the business. It is our goal to make each of our customers happy so we will continue to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in the best way we see fit

DISCLAIMER: BUYER AND SELLER AGREE THAT NO CLAIMS, REPRESENTATIONS, OR WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE BY SELLER OR BUYER AS TO THE SAFETY,RELIABILITY, DURABILITY AND PERFORMANCE OF PRODUCT. BUYER AGREES TO USE THE PRODUCT AT THEIR OWN RISK.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BUYER AND SELLER AGREE THAT SELLER AND SELLER’S FAMILY, FRIENDS, ASSOCIATES, AND ALL ACQUAINTANCES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR THE PRODUCT. BUYER AND SELLER AGREE THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, ALL LIABILITY, WHETHER EVIDENT OR NOT, IS ON BUYER.
